* Includes one year membership in ISLS - If you are not currently a member of ISLS, your conference registration fee will include a 1-year membership in the Society. When registering you may select the journal you wish to receive: (1) Journal of the Learning Sciences OR (2) The International Journal of Computer Supported Collaborative Learning.

The registration fee includes:

NOTE: Presenters must register and pay a conference fee for the ICLS 2008 conference.

 

How to register:

1. You can register for the conference via this website. Only electronically submitted registrations will be accepted.

2. Make sure you really submit your registration form. After you submit the form you will automatically receive an email. If not, please log in again and check whether you used the submit button.

3. If you want to attend one of the excursions or workshops, please subscribe to it.

4. If you want to attend the conference dinner, please subscribe to it. It will be delicious and it being held in a very special building!

5. If you bring an accompanying guest, please fill in the guest form.

 

Pre-conference Workshops
The pre-conference workshops will be held on Monday June 23 and Tuesday, June 24. Conference workshops will be held on Thursday afternoon, June 26. For more information we refer to the Workshop button on the website.

Payment
Payment for registration should be made in advance in Euros. Payments can be made by online credit card payment. Payment by invoice is also possible. An extra amount of € 10 (ten Euros) will be charged to you if you pay by invoice to cover extra expenses incurred. Please indicate on your conference registration form how you wish to pay. (Cheques will not be accepted!)

 

Please note: Registration fee does not include your hotel accommodation.

 

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be made in writing to the FBU Conference Office. If notification is received by May 1, 2008, a refund of 75% will be made. If notification is received between May 1 and June 1, 2008, the refund will be 50%. There will be no refund for cancellations made after June 1, 2008.
