Communications Committee is seeking your inspiring/funny pandemic stories.

Dear ISLS members,

It has been over a year since the pandemic erupted and daily life as we knew it came to a screeching halt. Since then, we have learned a lot about the virus, about our societies, and about ourselves. To capture some of this learning, the Communications Committee is soliciting inspiring and humorous stories for our limited-edition Silver Lessons of the Pandemic section of the upcoming spring newsletter.

We are seeking, short (up to 300 words) stories that describe an inspiring or humorous situation that amounted to a valuable lesson that would be of interest to our community of learning scientists. We are leaving this call fairly open and somewhat vague, by design, to allow for diverse contributions that capture the silver lining of these difficult times from your unique perspective.
Please use this link to submit your up to 300 words contribution by March 31 @ midnight in your time zone:
https://www.isls.org/newsletter/.
The Comms Committee will select stories to share in the spring newsletter. Contributions can be published with author name or anonymously. Looking forward to being inspired and amused by our creative community,

Take care and be well,
Your caring Comms Committee.
